Aiyi Kwan Meeker

Ni Hao! I grew up in Canton, China, where I learned that life is like dim sum—you never know what you’re going to get, but it’s always better when shared!

After completing my bachelors degree in China, I later moved to Oregon, to marry my husband.

I’m fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin. We have a 7 year-old language learner at home, who keeps us on our toes.

I most love spending my free time in my garden, where I’ve discovered that nurturing plants is much like working with children, with the right planning, patience, and care, every flower can have a perfect bloom.
