Georgina Bruder

I was born and raised in Portland to German parents. After graduating from Lincoln High School in Portland, I spent a year in Germany as a voluntary social worker (Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr). I took care of special needs people in residence at a Waldorf-style institution. 

A few years later, I earned an Associates Degree at Portland Community College. In 2021 I started working at a daycare in Northwest Portland, teaching kids ages 1 to 5 years old. 

I am excited to be working at GIS because I love speaking German with the kids all day! In my free time I love to read, play computer games and listen to music.
