Marcus Eyth

I am an attorney at Davis Wright Tremaine, LLP practicing construction and government contracts law. On behalf of project owners, designers or contractors, I draft and negotiate design and construction contracts, counsel with on-going project issues and handle dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration and litigation. I am bilingual/bicultural, having spent the first 16 years of my life in Berlin, and I maintain a strong connection to Germany through family, friends and clients. My family moved to Portland from the East Coast in 2008 where our two children attended the German School in Washington DC. They now attend GIS.
